- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on CopyBoss
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Service Description
CopyBoss provides AI-powered content analysis and generation tools. We strive to provide accurate and useful results, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any generated content.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Maintaining the security of your account
- Using our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not uploading content that violates intellectual property rights
- Not using our services for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
Payment and Refunds
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied with our services. Contact support@copy-boss.com for refund requests.
Intellectual Property
The content generated using our tools belongs to you, but our platform, technology, and brand remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
CopyBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
